F&C REIT has identified a number of strategic development and financial partners throughout India who we are looking to co-invest with at an early stage of the development cycle and provide a lower risk route into the market. The team intends to expand its partnerships in different cities and product areas.

The current portfolio is focused on residential development with a long term view of establishing an income generating portfolio of mixed assets throughout the country. The team has identified projects in Eastern and Western states of India and are currently seeking opportunities in emerging locations with a special focus on the South.
