F&C REIT Germany is taking advantage of its well diversified portfolio. Assuming a process of
normalisation for the future real estate market, we are preparing for the upturn. Our company
is using our network both to get access to distress sales and non-performing loans as well as 
to screen the market for potential properties for new funds.

Over time, we have kept the company's shrewd instinct for good investment opportunities which
allows us to maximise values and be able to identify the right time in the cycle to buy and sell.

Our strategic focus will be to launch a new fund giving our investors the possibility to take
advantage of the bottom of the market. The capabilities of our Asset Management Team will
be strengthened further and will also be made available for special tasks such as managing
