F&C REIT Property Management India Pvt Ltd was established in 2005 to identify opportunities intended to provide high returns over a medium to long term period.

The current portfolio is focused on residential development with a long term view of establishing an income generating portfolio of mixed assets throughout the country.

F&C REIT India is chaired by David Cohen, with its Director, Prasanna Desai based in Mumbai.
