F&C REIT Asset Management GmbH & Co KG was founded in 2000 (then named REIT Asset Management GmbH & Co KG) and is a 100 percent subsidiary of F&C REIT Asset Management LLP.

The company has developed a sound reputation for identifying and exploiting hidden opportunities within the German real estate market. We have 258 assets and a total of 710,000 square metres under management, totalling €1.4 billion (as at 31 March 2010) which are predominantly retail properties.

Our core competence is to acquire properties with the potential for steady cash flows in prime locations whose values can be secured and increased with proactive asset management. We are able to achieve the best results by purchasing these proactive asset management opportunities, adding value and then selling the upgraded stock with the additional benefit of prime locations.
