 | We currently manage private client and institutional portfolios focused on property investments in a number of different geographies including the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Nordic region, the Baltic region and India. These involve utilising the full scope of our investment capabilities including executing transactions such as the recent purchase of the Dawnay Day portfolio for our clients. Due to the nature of these investment vehicles, however, we can not display individual portfolio details or performance track records on the web. Over the course of 2010 we plan to launch a number of new funds and investment vehicles focused on further opportunities in the UK, Indian and German property markets. In addition, we also offer UK private investors access to high quality property investment portfolios via three investment trust structures. Investment trusts are UK public limited companies which invest in other companies, in the expectation that they can produce returns for their shareholders.
