 | Current Developments F&C REIT has created a Joint Venture between our investment arm, Trafalgar Overseas Ltd and Kolkata-based Eden Real Estate Ventures Pvt Ltd. This JV is developing Eden City, the largest housing community project currently being developed in South Kolkata. Eden City will be spread over 22 acres of developable land. This landmark gated-township will comprise 2.8 million sq ft of well designed space; 2,200 apartments in forty modern towers overlooking a central green, community halls, sports clubs and swimming pool, children's park, playground and landscaped gardens.
