| Executive Chairman - Leo Noé | |||||||
|
| Leo Noé aged 54 is Executive Chairman of F&C REIT, a member of the Board and Executive Committee. He joined the Board on completion of the F&C/REIT merger in September 2008, having previously been founder and Chairman of REIT Asset Management where he was responsible for overall strategy and client liaison. With over three decades of experience in the property industry Leo’s involvements are extensive. He established Lee Baron Commercial Limited, a firm of property consultants with a wide range of clients, where he still holds the position of non-executive director and was chief executive of Bourne End Properties PLC between 1989 and 1997, a listed property investment company where his family Trusts were the main shareholders. Primarily through the Rachel Charitable Trust, Leo Noé is a benefactor to various charities within the UK and Israel and is a trustee and patron to a number of leading education and welfare institutions. Leo Noé is an active participant in education strategy and planning projects and has a particular and keen interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN) with involvements at community and government level in both the UK and Israel.

| Nick Criticos is Chief Executive Officer of F&C REIT, a member of the Board and Executive Committee. He joined the Board on completion of the F&C/REIT merger in September 2008. Prior to this he held the position of F&C Head of UK Retail, Investment Trusts and Marketing and is a member of the Executive Committee of F&C. He was also a previous Board member of the Investment Management Association. He joined ISIS and the F&C Board following the ISIS acquisition of RSAI in July 2002 where he held the position of Managing Director of the Retail Business. Prior to this he was CEO of Protea Life Company in South Africa. Nick Criticos holds a Business Science (honours) degree from the University of Cape Town and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. He also completed the Advance Management Programme at Harvard in 1995.

| Partner - Ivor Smith | |||||||

| Ivor is Executive Member of F&C REIT and a member of the Board and Executive Committee. In September 1995, he oversaw the setting up of Grosvenor Asset Management, which was the forerunner of REIT Asset Management a, specialist investment finance and asset management company, which developed into an organization with offices in London, Mumbai, Munich, Stockholm and Tel Aviv managing a global portfolio of properties with a value of some €6 billion. In September 2008, on completion of the F&C/REIT merger, Ivor joined the Board of the merged company. Ivor is married with four children and is an active member of his local community with a number of charitable involvements. He serves as a Governor of a local school and has run a Fathers and Sons study programme within his community for over ten years.

| Paul Herrington is Managing Director of F&C REIT and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to the formation of F&C REIT Paul was Managing Director F&C Property Asset Management responsible for all UK Property Funds. Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the Property Industry. He is Chairman of the Association of British Insurers Property Investment Panel, a member of the Bank of England Property Investment Forum, a member of the IPF, BCSC, BCO, BPF General Council. He is also a Trustee of The F&C Group Pension Fund. | ||||||
| Managing Director - Kevin McGrath | |||||||

| Kevin McGrath is Managing Director of F&C REIT and a member of the Executive Committee. Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the property industry for over 24 years. Prior to this, he worked in manufacturing and banking. Kevin was a founder member and Investment Partner in REIT Asset Management. Prior to working at REIT, Kevin was Senior Investment Surveyor with Hermes, the Fund Managers for the British Telecommunication and Post Office Pension Schemes and the largest pension fund manager in Europe. Kevin graduated from the Polytechnic of the South Bank with a BSc (Distinction) in Estate Management. He also obtained a post graduation Diploma in Property Investment (Award Winner) from the College of Estate management. Kevin is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Kevin was the Labour Party candidate for the North East Hampshire constituency at the 2005 General Election and for Ealing Council in the 2006 London Council Elections. Kevin is a Chair of the McGrath Charitable Trust, a Board Trustee and Chair of the Property Committee of the Guildford School of Acting, a Board Trustee of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust, a Board Trustee and Treasurer of the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, Founder and Chair of the London in Business Forum, Board Trustee of the National Education Trust, Board Trustee of the Prison Advice and Care Trust, School Governor of Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls, a former Chairman of Queens Park Rangers Football Club plc and Editorial Board member for the Property Week magazine. Kevin is also a member of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Commissioner on the Howard League for Penal Reforms Commission on the English Prisons Today under the leadership of Cherie Booth.

| Non-executive Director - Alain Grisay | |||||||
| Alain Grisay is Non-executive Director of F&C REIT, and is a member of the Board. He joined the Board on completion of the F&C/REIT merger in September 2008. He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of F&C and is a member of the F&C Board. He joined the Board on completion of the F&C/ISIS merger in October 2004 having previously been Deputy Chief Executive of F&C and Head of Institutional Business. Prior to joining F&C in March 2001, he was at JPMorgan for 20 years, serving as Managing Director responsible for the investment bank’s market client business in Europe. Alain Grisay holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Louvain (Belgium) and a Masters degree in International Economics and Politics from The Johns Hopkins University (Washington DC).

| Non-executive Director - David Logan | |||||||
| David Logan is Non-executive Director of F&C REIT, and is a member of the Board. He joined the Board on completion of the F&C/REIT merger in September 2008. He also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at F&C, having joined the Group in July 2006. Prior to this, David Logan was a Partner in the Insurance and Investment Management Division at Deloitte and prior to that a Partner at Arthur Andersen from 1999 until 2002. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has over ten years’ experience in the field of asset management. | |||||||
